Who is live in care for - The Home Care Connection

Our live-in care is for any adult who wishes to remain in their own home and requires support to do so. The support may vary from companionship and personal care to more complex levels of support incuding mental health, physical disability and palliative care. We are experienced at providing live-in care for older people, including those with dementia and alzheimers, and for younger adults who may have complex needs such as mental health problems and /or physical disabilities.

Care for older people

Our live-in care service can provide as much support as you would like to enable you to remain independent and in control of your life. Support can range from companionship and housekeeping to complex personal care for dementia and alzheime'rs.

Care for complex needs

We have specialist staff who can provide effective social care at home for many adults with mental health problems including alcohol and drug related problems and the challenging behaviours which often accompnay those problems.

Care for the physically disabled

Our care staff are trained and experienced in caring for clients with physical disabilities. We understand the needs that flow from disablement and how to accommodate those needs to enable clients to lead lives which are as independent and fulfilling as possible.
